you have 2 week from delivery date to request a return or exchange

REFUNDS: you will be refunded to same card you paid with. Amount refunded will be however much the item was before shipping and taxes along with a $5 return fee to help cover some of the return cost. you have 14 days from receiving your return label to ship back item. Item will be inspected once returned and you will receive refund email shortly after. 

EXCHANGES: More like a return and rebuy. You will return the items you choose and be refunded the amount it was before shipping and taxes. NO $5 RETURN FEE WITH EXCHANGES:) then you will need to go back on and reorder the size/item you want. 
I must see that you have reordered before the item returns back to me to avoid the $5 return fee. 

DEFECTED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: these items are my responsibility and I will make sure you get the correct item or refund to ensure satisfaction. These items need to be notified within 7 days of receiving.
